Cupcake Bouquets

Hey there everyone, I found a new love... Cupcake bouquets!
For the month of November, if you purchase a cupcake bouquet, HALF of the proceeds will go to Troops Turkey Thon where a family who has family in the military will receive a Thanksgiving dinner for up to 8 people!

I am currently working with Better Health and Wellness to donate to this great organization so everyone has a meal to be thankful for!

The flowers for November will be my favorite.  Hydrangeas in fall colors!

Dump Everything Construction Baby Shower

My long time friend Denise is expecting.  She is probably one of THE strongest women that I have met.  During these past few months, she and her husband have found out that the baby will have some severe issues.  Down's Syndrome isn't stopping this fabulous mom from smiling and enjoying a great baby shower.  It was my pleasure and honor to create this display for her alongside my husband as we prayed for her baby.
God will show Himself through this wonderful blessing that I cannot wait to hold.  :)

Dreamsicle, Lemon Coconut, Vanilla Chocolate Cream Cheese and Fudgy's Peanut Butter Cup!  Don't forget the Fudge Cake under the sign!

Lemon Coconut Cupcake three peat...

I absolutely love Lemon Coconut.  I made them today....yes, Again.

Orange Juice Glad...

I have this beautiful orange tree which shades my patio in the backyard.  During the afternoon you can hear the bees buzzing in it, dancing around all the beautiful orange blossoms.
I was laying in the sun taking a nap and I realized that I have only used that tree for juice.  Never marmalade or even a ,,,*GASP* a CUPCAKE!!

So here is my 50/50 Orange Vanilla Cupcake with Honey Cream Cheese Frosting.
To bad I could not eat or even taste one but my hubby said they are terrific!!

If you want the recipe, let me know.  It is really easy.  I can't send you any oranges though.  I plan on picking them and making some marmalade soon!

Thirty One Reasons...

I have about ThirtyOne reasons to be excited about the new company that I am working for.... but I will share one of them!  I love how organized I feel and am when I use the Utility tote that I got when I signed up!!  For $99 you can start this business and I can't tell you how many women are already hooked!

I used the Utility tote for a cupcake class and I think I had everyone envious!  I love the bags and I am excited to sell them so I win a trip for my hubby!

Chunky Chocolate Mountains...

My 3 year old daughter and I were playing Candyland for the first time and a text message came through to my phone with a request for chocolate on chocolate cupcakes.  I normally make a Ghiradelli type frosting and then scrape some chocolate bar on the top but this time I thought that I would do a bit more.

Here are the Chunky Chocolate Mountain cupcakes..inspired by Candyland...(some with Ghiradelli White Chocolate flakes and some with Ghiradelli chips)

Ghiradelli frosting with mini chips and chocolate fudge cupcake...I had HALF of one and I think my chocolate craving is gone for about....a full day!  YUM!!

Somethin" about Smores...

Hi friends,
I haven't blogged for awhile! I guess it was because I didn't think that Chicken Pot Pies and flower pot painting should be listed on my blog about cupcakes!
Well I have had a obsession with smores lately... I don't know what it is but I can't seem to stop making things with the three perfectly matched ingredients!
Chocolate
Graham Crackers
Marshmallows

YUM!

So here I have posted a little yummy bit of what I have made this afternoon. If you want the recipe...You can find it here at Picky Palate - One of my favorites on Pinterest... Oh and I have been doing that too... I am hooked!!
But I changed it up and used chocolate cake mix and Hershey's milk chocolate squares..
Enjoy!

Everything is coming up Roses!

Baby shower cupcakes for a little "Rosey" girl.

MaTiCaKe Cupcake Decorating Classes

I had the wonderful opportunity to host and teach a cupcake class to a group of homeschool ladies! Here are a few photos of the ladies and their cupcake fabulous!

As a previous corporate trainer, I decided to revisit my love for teaching and offer cupcake classes for birthday parties, bridal showers or a girl's night out! You pick the theme and I supply the cupcakes!
Class prices are based on a "what you need" basis and the number of people attending. Decorations and frosting costs will be discussed upon booking.
Kids parties are limited to 15 children and age appropriate with parent/help involvement.

Looking forward to making cupcake memories!

David and Beth's wedding was a sweet success! Red Velvet/Cream Cheese cupcakes with some added Chocolate liquer in the mix topped with a red raspberry in ruffled cups.
The cake was made by a friend and topped with some great flowers. I did help with all the flowers and I am now interested in possiblly taking a floral class!

A Birthday Wish....

My husband's boss from Bruce's Catering and Lunchbox asked me to make some cupcakes for his daughter Maegan. Although I was fearful to make my husband look bad, I had the help of Meagan Martin who, is a fabulous cupcake pick maker... (I think she it totally underpaid)...

Everyone loved them and I have been invited to showcase my cupcakes to his Catering business who supplies more television shows I could shake my blender at...

Thanks Larry!

Elvis Cupcakes have left the building..

She has done it once again!! Meagan from Leilanishandmades has made THE perfect pick for the 50's party cupcakes I made. These were Belgium Chocolate cupcakes (I know, nothing related to Elvis or the 50's- just dang good!!) with white frosting and some sprinkles. Put those cute handmade picks on top and they are a hit (no pun intended, well...maybe) Thank you Meagan (again) and Happy Birthday to Mr. Patton!

Princess Caitlyn and her Royal Family

This cute little picks were made for my dear friend Trisha and her baby shower. Of course you know who the culprit is... Leilanishandmades.com!!
Trisha, her husband Nick and her two kids provided the old baby photos and Meagan made some cute little picks for some yummy lemon coconut cupcakes!

Perfect tribute to Trisha, who, is an amazing photographer and friend.
Congrats Trisha!
Thank you Meagan you are awesome!
